How to Enter

To be eligible to enter, consumers must purchase a specially marked Wonder White loaf product from participating outlets during the promotional period, and go online to www.wonderwhite.com.au/bts to fill in their personal details and product barcode during the promotional period for their chance to WIN a Toyota Kluger packed full of school stuff OR one of 20 Springfree trampolines. Offer is across Wonder White loaf products only and excludes Wonder White muffin products.

21 Major Prize winners will be drawn at the end of the promotional period. The first valid entry drawn will WIN a Toyota Kluger Family Car packed full of school stuff, and the next 20 valid entries drawn will win a Springfree trampoline.

Entrants must retain a photocopy of their store receipt(s) and/or original promotional Kwik Lok tag(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request a photocopy of the store receipt(s) and original promotional Kwik Lok tag(s) from the entrant to verify the validity of an entry and reserves the right to declare invalid any entry for which a photocopy of their store receipt(s) and original promotional Kwik Lok tag(s) cannot be provided.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter, how to claim, prizes, discounts and offers form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry or claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  4. Incomplete, or indecipherable entries and claims will be deemed invalid.
  5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements; and (c) unrecognised Kwik Lok tag(s) and store receipt(s) will be invalid.
  6. Entrants must retain ALL their original Kwik Lok bag tag(s) and/or a photocopy of their receipt(s) for ALL entries as proof of purchase. If for example you enter 10 times, and one of those entries is drawn as a winner, you will be required to provide receipts for all 10 entries. Failure to produce the required original barcode(s) and a photocopy of their receipt(s) for ALL entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize or offer. Entries are deemed accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
  7. Promotion commences at 9am AEDST on 18/01/10 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 14/02/10 (“promotional period”). Major Prize draws will take place at 3pm AEDST at Level 2, 50 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 on 16/02/10. Winners of the Major Prize Draws will be contacted the following business day. The Major Prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone and mail. Major Prize winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 18/02/10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The first valid Major Prize winner drawn will Win a Toyota Kluger, valued at $53,280 based on recommended retail price. The Toyota Kluger standard 2009 model features; 201kW Quad-cam, 3.5 litre dual VVT-I V6 engine, 5 doors, and 7 seats. Toyota prize includes all compulsory insurance and on-road costs (which may vary State by State) up to the value of $5,000. Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Toyota dealership. The Toyota Kluger will include School items valued at $2,000. Packed full of school stuff prizes include; Smiggle School and Stationary Items valued at rrp$600, Nintendo Wii Sports and Games Pack rrp$680, Assorted Unisex sports gear rrp$580, and two backpacks rrp$140. Total packed full car prize pool is valued at up to $55,280. The following 20 Major Prize winners drawn will win one of 20 Springfree Trampolines, comprising of; SF40 Springfree Trampoline (2.51m diameter); and Delivery in metropolitan areas OR an installation allowance if winner resides outside metropolitan areas (up to AU$140 installation allowance for winner to engage professional tradesperson if outside delivery areas). Each trampoline prize is valued at up to AU$945 depending on the winner’s location of residence. Delivery date will be subject to availability. Total trampoline prize pool is valued at $18,900 based on recommended retail prices.
  9. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. All elements subject to availability and subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason a winner does not want part of a prize, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
  10. Total prize pool is valued at $74,180. Prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stipulated.
  11. Please allow up to 28 working days for the delivery of prizes, unless otherwise specified.
  12. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
  13. If any prize or offer is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
  14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 25/05/10 at 3pm in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given by a regulatory authority. In the event of a winner of the Major Prize in the unclaimed prize draw, their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 27/05/10.
  15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  16. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
  17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or postal access is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the service provider used and location.
  18. There will be a total of 4 million Kwik Lok bread bag tags printed for this promotion.
  19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize or any offer.
  20. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to companies it has engaged to assist it in conducting the promotion. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below.
